for Coaches
Coaching Supervision is a reflective process aimed to help you gain clarity about the quality of work you provide. It is a way to develop your professional capabilities and skills. How you work is uniquely yours and different from everyone else. It’s not cookie cutter, so getting the support you need also comes in different forms. At different points in time you’ll face challenges and it’s helpful to have a place to bring your questions, thoughts, feelings, ideas, etc. It’s not about the tools you use but instead about the way you use the tools. Those who embrace supervision find it to be incredibly valuable.
The benefits include increased feelings of support, development of professional skills, maintaining best practices and ethics, and improved efficiency. It’s also highly recommended when you are having feelings of isolation.
I offer individual sessions and/or small groups sessions. Everyone begins with a one-to-one session.
